Exploring Zanzibar

Introduction

From May to July 2023, David Davies, from our warehouse despatch team, travelled to Zanzibar, a semi-autonomous province in the Indian Ocean off the Tanzanian coast. A long-distance hiker and photographer, he did this to explore the diverse cultures, architectural wonders, and sheer beauty of Unguja Island and to capture an image of the Milky Way galaxy in some of the world’s darkest skies.
