Breaking Trails Talk

Wednesday 13th November 2024

Covent Garden | 8pm

In this exclusive evening, we reunite Montane athlete Jesse Dufton and director Rachel Sarah to introduce and go behind the scenes of their film, Breaking Trails: Blind Ascent.

The film showcases the remarkable life journeys of Jesse Dufton and Tamara Lunger. The duo reflect on overcoming adversity and personal tragedy while ascending Norway’s iconic Gausta Falls. Following the screening Jesse and Sarah will discuss the background to the project and the challenges they faced in its production.

Jesse is a blind rock climber, known for his lead climb of the Old Man of Hoy.

Rachel Sarah is the Director of Scotica, an award-winning production house, creating environmental and adventure films in Scotland, and beyond.

All proceeds from the ticket sales will go Jesse's chosen charity.

We’re also delighted to offer all attendees of the talk the opportunity to have their gear repaired during the evening for free. Please note repairs are only available to those individuals who have purchased tickets to the event.
